They apply only to your use of the Site itself — they do not cover any SnackNow! ordering platform, mobile application, or in-venue service, which are governed by separate agreements provided directly to venue partners.

Use of the Site

This Site is provided to give prospective venue and event partners information about SnackNow!'s services and to allow them to request a demo. You agree to use the Site only for these lawful, intended purposes.

Demo Requests

Submitting the "Book My Demo" form is a request for SnackNow! to contact you; it is not a purchase, order, or binding commitment by either party. Any commercial engagement with SnackNow! will be governed by a separate agreement signed by both parties.

Content & Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, and branding on this Site are the property of SnackNow! and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No Warranty

This Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Statistics and figures referenced on the Site (for example, performance or efficiency figures) are illustrative and may not reflect results for every venue.

Changes
